Are young people really that bad? Let's talk about it! - Festival Imagésanté

Are young people really that bad? Let’s talk about it!

Numerous public health studies confirm the findings of doctors, psychologists, teachers and even parents: many young people are suffering. What are the causes of this malaise among 12-25 year-olds? How does it manifest itself? Have covid and the imposed confinements triggered or revealed a pre-existing malaise?

Particularly complex socio-economic and geopolitical contexts, natural disasters, climate change, ultra-connected lifestyles and social pressure to perform are all factors that have a greater impact on young people in the throes of identity-building.

The experts on the show, backed up by testimonials from young people, will share their points of view on these issues.
They will also discuss ways of promoting fulfillment, well-being and a zest for life. Fortunately, some are already in place, while others have yet to be created.

For this program on mental health, the festival has teamed up with the MONOLOGUES podcast to bring you a unique exercise: three of our guests take us on an intimate journey into their inner worlds, revealing how they talk to themselves and what it’s like to be them! A mini-series not to be missed, available now on your favorite listening platform via link: https: //smartlink.ausha.co/monologues
