Renaud Keutgen

Married and the proud father of 4 children, Renaud is driven by the desire to become an artisan baker. An economist by training, with a specialization in social economics followed by a master’s degree in development management, he sees himself as a development generalist.

His training led him to live and work for 3 years in Haiti, then to invest 7 years in fair trade in Belgium before leaving again for 5 years in Madagascar, arriving in 2017 in the Verviers district at GAL Pays de Herve and RATaV.

A firm believer in the values of the social and solidarity economy, as embodied by the cooperative system, Renaud is a link-builder, a rallying force, always there to support inspiring ideas.
