Philippe Reynaert - Festival Imagésanté

Philippe Reynaert

After studying literature, Philippe Reynaert became a self-taught journalist, a profession he pursued with as much seriousness as pleasure, creating and directing the magazine “Visions” from 1982 to 1988. He made his television debut in 1983, taking over the presentation of the Ciné-Club de Minuit on RTBF. His collaboration with the Belgian public service channels lasted for 35 years, with the Man in White Glasses even sitting on the Board of Directors of the big house for 15 years… An advertising executive in the 90s, Philippe Reynaert had the chance to devote himself full-time to his passion for the 7th Art by becoming, at the turn of the century, General Manager of Wallimage, Wallonia’s Regional Audiovisual Investment Fund. Now retired, he remains extremely active within his audiovisual consultancy company, Xanadu.
