Marie-Françoise Plissart is one of the leading figures in Belgian photography. His work on Kinshasa won him the Golden Lion at the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2004. Also a video artist, captivated by the exploration of the urban fabric, her work includes “L’occupation des sols” in 2002, “L’Atomium in/out” in 2006, “Le Quatrième mur” in 2013 and “D’errance et de racines” in 2014.
