Images in motion: the ImagéSanté Festival alongside DGD-Liège

Since its inception, the ImagéSanté Festival has been driven by a strong conviction: images are a powerful vector for raising awareness, capable of changing the way we look at major public health issues.

True to this mission, the ImagéSanté Festival is today reinforcing its commitment to prostate cancer research, by joining forces with the Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive Liège. Because men’s health deserves to be supported with high standards, visibility and humanity, the Festival has chosen to put its reputation and ability to mobilize at the service of this essential cause.

The first highlight of this commitment is support for the Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive to be held on September 27, 2026. This exceptional motoring event will bring together enthusiasts, citizens and health professionals around a common goal: to provide concrete support for prostate cancer research and strengthen prevention initiatives. Registrations are now open via the event’s official website.

In addition to this mobilization in the field, the ImagéSanté Festival will also be devoting a special program to this theme during the Festival, to raise awareness among the general public, give a voice to healthcare professionals, researchers and concerned witnesses, and remind people of the importance of screening and supporting research.

This commitment will continue with a major event: the Festival Rally, to be held on March 27, 2027. Conceived as a unifying and emblematic event, this rally will reinforce the dynamic initiated around prevention, awareness and research funding.

The highlight of this collaboration: the rallies will stop off at the heart of the CHU de Liège and the University of Liège’s Faculty of Medicine. This symbolic moment embodies the meeting of two worlds: that of passion and that of health. It is a reminder that every action, every mobilization, makes a concrete contribution to advancing health research.

Through these initiatives, the Festival ImagéSanté is more than ever asserting its role as a bridge between culture, health and society. Supporting prostate cancer research means advancing medicine, encouraging prevention and contributing collectively to saving lives.
