Frédéric CHAUDIER

Director – Paris

After studying cinematography at the University of Paris III, Frédéric CHAUDIER worked as an assistant and then as a director on advertising films, as well as making-of, music videos and art videos.

Director of the documentary film “Les yeux ouverts”, in 2011-2013, he wrote the feature film “La Valse des Eléphants” and “L’Espoir d’une Île” for Gaumont. With Flair Productions, he produces and directs a series of 52-minute documentaries devoted to the careers of the great names of French cinema. He is currently finishing shooting a feature-length documentary, a portrait of theater director Stanislas NORDEY, entitled “Nordey, la pensée en mouvement” (“Nordey, thought in motion”), and is currently preparing a documentary on AIDS, to be released in cinema, entitled “Révolution Sida” (“Aids Revolution”).
