Synopsis

How many hours did you sleep last night? Have your thoughts ever been controlled by an outsider? Prevention is gaining momentum in mental health, aiming to prevent disorders through data collection. "If Only Night Wouldn't Fall" explores this evolution through three stories from the Netherlands, Norway and the USA. Children benefit from early intervention, while a city in Florida is designed for happiness. But what do we lose in this quest for optimization?
