Corine SOMBRUN - Festival Imagésanté

Corine SOMBRUN

Recognized by Mongolian shamans as one of their own, and trained for many years in trance rituals and techniques, Corine SOMBRUN was behind the first scientific research into Mongolian shamanic trance.

The author of a technique for inducing a trance state through willpower alone, she has been collaborating with numerous researchers since 2007, including the Giga Consciousness team (CHU de Liège).

She founded in 2019 with Pr. Francis TAULELLE, the TranceScience Research Institute, an international network of researchers dedicated to studying the mechanisms and therapeutic applications of this potential.

She is also the author of several books, including Les esprits de la steppe (Albin MICHEL) and Mon initiation chez les chamanes, adapted for film by Fabienne Berthaud under the title Un monde plus grand, with Cécile DE FRANCE.
